  • Access to software, reports, or digital deliverables will be shared with clients through their registered email or authorized dashboard accounts.
  • Training materials (eBooks, slides, videos) are shared through digital download links.

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Web/Mobile Development: Project timelines are defined in the proposal or agreement. Deliverables are typically shared in phases.
  • IT Consulting: Scheduled consultations are held as per mutual agreement. Reports or documentation are delivered digitally within agreed timeframes.
  • Trainings: Live training schedules, links, and resources are emailed 24–48 hours before session start.

3. Non-Delivery Situations

  • If you do not receive your digital deliverables within the promised timeline, please contact our support team immediately.
  • Ensure your email address is correctly registered and that you check your spam or promotions folder.
