Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Elegance Global IT Services Private Limited, we are committed to offering high-quality digital solutions across web development, IT consulting, mobile apps, and professional training. This policy outlines our guidelines for cancellations and refund requests.

1. Service Cancellation

Web & Mobile App Development Projects

  • Clients may cancel a project anytime by providing written notice via email.
  • If cancelled before work begins, a full refund is possible.
  • If cancelled after work has started:
    • A partial refund will be processed based on work completed and hours spent.
    • Any delivered modules or designs will be retained by the client and billed accordingly.

IT Consulting Services

  • Consulting sessions cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice may be rescheduled or refunded.
  • No refund will be given for no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the session.

IT Training Programs

  • Cancellations made at least 2 days before the start date will be refunded fully.
  • Cancellations within 2–4 days of training will receive a 50% refund.
  • No refund will be issued if cancelled within 24 hours of the training start or after it has begun.
  • Substitute participants can be nominated in place of cancellation (if applicable).

2. Refund Policy

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 15 days of the transaction or service delivery.
  • Refunds may be approved under the following conditions:
    • Non-delivery of service due to internal issues.
    • Technical failure or defect that cannot be resolved reasonably.
    • Client has not yet received any working product, codebase, or training session.

Non-Refundable Conditions

  • Completed milestones, sessions, or services rendered as per the contract.
  • Customized training or consulting services delivered successfully.
  • Any delay or issue caused due to client-side inaction or communication gaps.
  • Third-party software, tools, or platform subscriptions purchased on behalf of the client.

3. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

4. Refund Processing

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • The amount will be returned via the original payment method.
  • Processing time may vary depending on the payment gateway or bank.

5. Dispute Resolution

If you're unsatisfied with a service or decision, we encourage open dialogue. Please contact us for resolution before escalating through legal or third-party channels.
